DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR he saw me today for UNDER a minute and has been demanding I change my pcp he is cold hearted unless you are his culture. He LEFT the room in the middle of me SPEAKING to end the visit. He doesn’t care to know his patients. He refused to continue any treatment I was on from my old pcp. I will file a complaint with my insurance company and health group.

Dr. Chan has been my primary care doc for about 5 years. The new office is super nice and clean and staff is great. I like how he's very fast and to the point. I don't really get sick but I get my annual check ups every 2-3 years. The people who draw blood are the best here, painless and bruiseless.

The previous poster I believe just didn't understand the cultural differences. My experience was the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Eva. Dr Steve was very knowledgeable and addressed my issues in a polite and professional manner.
