Couldn't even get anyone to schedule an appointment because they are "too busy".  The staff seem to forget that it's a business and businesses live off of their customers.  If you can't even get them to schedule your appointment then they will soon be out of a job.  Hopefully the Dr. is smart enough to understand this and make the necessary changes.
