We have been living in Chancery Square for about 6 months and it has been amazing! We looked at several Morristown apartments and this building was by far the best in both quality and price. To start, the location is absolutely perfect. You're so close to the green, with out being in the thick of it and it has a parking lot behind it so that is another added benefit. Plus, the building is pretty modern and very clean and offers a gym and common room which are 24/7 access. Then when you get to meet the staff in the leasing office and they are extremely nice and are always so helpful! When you need maintenance in the apt, the maintenance staff is so knowledgeable and very responsive. Moving into this building was a great decision for us, we have never regretted it. 

The only complaint we have is that we already know we want to extend our lease another year but pricing isn't yet available.

The management staff of Erin,  Justin and Ed are outstanding. They are always available for assistance. They  are a credit to their employer.

Chancery Square is a beautiful and located in downtown Morristown – just a short walk to the green, bars, and restaurants. The location is not the only benefit, Chancery Square has many great amenities to offer! The gym is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, Stairmasters, free weights and more! It is also open 24 hours making it very convenient for any resident who works long hours and may want to get to the gym before or after work. The lounge is another great aspect of Chancery Square, offering free Wi-Fi, cable TV, computer, printer, pool table and a kitchen – a great place to hang with some friends when you’re not heading into town.
The experience at Chancery Square wouldn’t be what it is if it wasn’t for the amazing team they have working there! The office staff is always extremely helpful and friendly and the maintenance guys are some of the best I’ve seen – the upkeep of the community is wonderful making it very easy to enjoy your time living at Chancery! I would highly recommend Chancery Square to anyone who is looking to move to Morristown!

Going on my third year here at Chancery Square. I originally moved in when the property was under a different management company, but the Greystar people really stepped up the game. Apartments are beautiful with dark bamboo hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Location couldn't be better in the heart of Morristown right next to Morristown Green. A quick trot across the street brings you to Artist Baker for coffee and/or amazing breakfasts and lunches. Pretty much everything else like shopping and all the Morristown restaurants are just a short walk away. Shoprite in Cedar Knolls (a 5-min drive) is the most amazing shopping center with an Oyster Bar, Cigar store, Pizza place, BBQ Joint, Suzi Counter, and Coffee/Expresso bar.

As for living in the building, both management and maintenance are both courteous and responsive. For the most part, the building is quiet and the people keep to themselves and building management puts on a mixer from time to time. The gym is the biggest and most well equipped I have seen in a apartment building (it even has a crew machine). The common room is comfortable if you want to watch a DVD on a big screen TV or play a game of pool.

There are a few negatives, but the positives far outweigh them. The negatives are as follows:
- The parking lots are the property of, and managed by, the town of Morristown. However, since you pay the fee as part of your rent, the management at Chancery Square is always happy to help if there is a problem.
- The walls are a little thin. I don't really hear noises from the apartment above me, but sometimes can hear through the bedroom wall to the apartment adjacent to mine.
