A+ | This is the new location of "The Fence" 2017 which is an arrangement of multiple art galleries showcasing many viewpoints and bringing many things to light. Poorly managed. On Friday evening, 8/4, we drove into the Chapel Hill St. garage, following a close friend looking for parking. We got all the way to the top of the garage, only to find there was no parking available. When we left the garage, we were being charged $1.25 for parking, even though we never parked, and our friends immediately in front of us did not get charged. It was only at THIS moment, that they decided to put up signs stating the garage was full. After trying to no avail to get someone to assist, we ended up paying the fee to let all the other angry cars out as well. I'll never park here again, just on principle.

This place is hard to get in to and is always crowded. The elevator is scary and smells gross. Getting out is a nightmare, there's an attendant but they only help you if there is a problem, which everyone seems to have a problem.

This is a good option for parking in downtown Durham particularly for the more eastern part. The garage space is a little tight and the stairs and elevators could be cleaner. There are bike racks on the first floor too. Weekend parking is free and the weekday rates are reasonable.

free on the weekends and after 7 weekdays. Worth the drive to the very top of the deck for a singular look at downtown Durham. Never felt unsafe here, the deck is manned at night. easy access to everything downtown.
