Very incensed by McLaurin Parking! We parked in Lot 34/Wilmington today for about 2 hours, but our parking ticket was deemed "unreadable" by the machine at the gate. We could not find help anywhere - no one on staff, no response when repeatedly pressing communication buttons on any of the gates, no signage explaining who to call or text if machine malfunctions. Calling McLaurin numbers we found on our smartphones only gave us place to leave voicemails (none of which of been replied to almost 3 hours later). Ultimately, we pressed "lost ticket" and paid $12 to get ourselves out of our hostage situation. McLaurin you should be ashamed of yourselves. I want the president of the company to call and apologize.

Safe, free most of the time, very conveniently located.  They even give you a 10 minute grace period, so even if it is a pay-only time, you can pop in and out and they'll let you pass without paying.
