Russell took care of checking me in promptly upon my arrival. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly despite how busy the place was. They also had complimentary donuts, coffee, fresh fruit and snacks. I was provided a shuttle service home while I awaited my vehicles repair. Russell kept me informed throughout my wait by the convenience of text message. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Chapman was great. We started having car troubles on our drive from Alaska to Texas so we stopped in. They told us it would be about a week to get the work done and all we would pay was our deductible. Turns out the part we needed was under an extended warranty costing us $0 and they were able to get it fixed for us after two days! Amazing customer service and they don’t try to BS you.

I purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger RT Scat Pack from another dealership. The car had the blower motor go out on it 5 days after purchasing it! Needless to say I wasn't happy. It was still under factory warranty so I took it to Chapman. The service was amazing! Holly really took care of me. She had me out the door in a loaner car in about 10 minutes. The work only took a day, and they even washed the car. Holly was amazing to work with, and Chapman is the best!

I stopped by the dealership on Wednesday and looked at a few Challengers. You did not have the exact car I wanted but close. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable with showing me different options. He was a little insistent on trying to sell me the most expensive car we looked at. I said I wanted to know pricing with current discounts and how financing would work out. This is where I got uncomfortable, I gave some info and they came back with a price and payment options. The price was $8,000 above the advertised internet price and I was given the run around when trying to figure out why. The sales manager that came out to talk was very pushy and gave me a bad feeling, kept hassling me to sign a purchase contract I was not comfortable with. He would not tell me the interest rate or break down any of the pricing until I signed all the paperwork. He said it was a great interest rate and not to worry. I just had a bad feeling and I wanted to leave but he and the salesman were pushy to get me to stay and make a deal. I left unhappy and will never visit again because of them. I figured out the interest rate myself at home and based on the purchase price, down payment and payments and it came out to 14% which I would never agree to anyways. I called a friend at a dodge dealer in my home state I moved from and he laughed. He found me the almost exact same car with the options I wanted for $9,000 less including shipping to my door in Vegas and got me a 4% interest rate with monthly payment almost 1/3 less. I kept asking about the radio sales promotion about tripling the down payment and never got a answer. I could never get straight answers from either of those two guys.

Anthony Salinas helped me get my Durango serviced for a check engine light. I actually had to bring my vehicle in two times within a week for the same issue. But Anthony was very quick to respond to my call and concerns, and made sure that my vehicle was taken care of so I wouldn't have to return a 3rd time. He was easy to communicate with and very helpful!
