went down there to check out a vehicle. The vehicle had multiple issues including needing and allignment, motor mounts and rag top was worn out. After I asked if they would fix the issues they said they would and then call me and let me know that I could come back. I havent heard from them since. The worst part of the whole thing was the manager tried to tell me that its normal in the industry to not do a full inspection of vehicles and that when customers point out the issues that is when they fix them. In addition she said it was completely normal as well for a car to sit around for 6 months and that's why it was in the shape that it was in. I am not new to this industry and I know that cars are usually turned around within 90 days not six months. The worst part of the whole thing was that the salesman told me that I had to do a credit application before doing a test drive. This is what happens when they assume everyone that comes through the door is a bad credit customer. I had to tell the salesman to go talk to the manager and let them know that I had outside financing already approved and if I didn't like the car I wasn't going to consider buying it anyways. Only after that did they allow me to test drive the vehicle. No one should come here

Hello, if you are looking to buy a car I advise you to look elsewhere ... I am buying several cars in different dealers but this is the worst ..... they sell you the cars with many problems, electrical problems, transmission, problems with the engine, etc, and when you go to talk to Vannesa it just does not fix anything and tells you that you have to fix it. Just look at the comments of the other people, they are legal scammers ... All the 5 stars that you have here are from false profiles Hola,si estan buscando comprar un carro te consejo que busques otro lugar ... yo e comprando varios carros en diferentes dealers pero Este es el peor.....te venden los carros con muchos problemas, problemas electricos,transmision ,problemas con el motor,etc, y cuando vas a hablar con Vannesa simplemente no te arregla nada y te dice que tienes que arreglarlo Tu, solo miren los comentarios de las demas personas,son estafadores legales... Todos las 5 estrellas que tienen aqui son de perfiles falsos

Fake google reviews first of all with all the 5 stars are fake! I've tried to stay calm with the decision I made with this company, Since Vanessa doesn't want to work with me with the car and trying to charge 8,000+ for a car worth less than a $1000 I'll be taking this further to court. I contacted drive and go 2 days after purchase 5/11/17 I purchased the vehicle (it did have a squeaky noise Vanessa put in writing she will fix) 5/13/17- the car didn't start battery light kept coming on Vanessa stated there would be a $50 fee for towing the vehicle back to the dealership. Drive and go Vegas cars called later that day stating the battery screw or wire was loose and was rePlaced and I would still be charge $50 for the tow second day I had the vehicle 5/16/17- once again same problem occurred spoke with "finance manager" vanessa who sent out two non certified mechanice who stated the car had a fuel pump issues or fuel issue and need to take it back to the dealership or these problems will occur As I got back to the dealership right after Supposedly the mechanics told Vanessa it was a "running out of gas" issue which I stated I have put gas in and haven't drove it any but less than 2 miles, Vanessa stated to put more gas in as if that was still the issue and I refused due to me just putting gas in and have knowledge of vehicles and I also understand Spanish and I'm not illiterate on what they mechanics were saying. Vanessa stated " I WAS ON MY OWN" due to me not putting gas in. & she walked back to her office After putting more gas $30 more (receipt available) the car broke down once again 5/27/17: called drive and go Vegas cars again who stated for me to pay and have the car towed in for an issue I didn't even do once again also called about the remaining deposit which the contract stated "WILL FIX SQUEEKING NOISE" POSSIBLE BELT NOTHING ELSE PROMISED" which is very general due to the noice could be anything & still hasn't been fixed or attempted to have it fix. Which voids the contact! Along with all these problems the sales rep who sold the vehicle has contacted me personally multiple times to collect "Proof of residency" which they should have got at the time of purchase or shouldn't have let me take the car! Stating he will not get paid or his commission for the vehicle sold after I repeatedtly stated "I'm am returning the vehicle and the issues I have been having with the car!" That itself is illegal of labor laws for not paying their employees on the work that was performed or hours worked. I would appreciate if I didn't receive calls about a bill for a faulty car I'm unhappy with! 6/1/17: contacted Vanessa stating I am returning the vehicle and will like a full refund I had certified mechanic check the car out and found a belt hanging out the car (pictures available) the car was not safe to drive off the lot, and could have caused injury to other parties or myself. Vanessa is stating there is no refund and to "understand a contract" but the contract is violated due to her not fixing the damage which is promised in writing also "Consumer rights act 2015" stated if a product is faulty or damaged consumer has 30 days from purchase to return vehicle for full or partial refund" including used car dealerships. CONTRACT DOES NOT STATE "NO REFUNDS" Since the conversation escalated and the issue is still not resolved, this is a written notice of multiple attempts made to have the car fixed or come to a settlement of the issue. Written noticed forwarded to Attorney General of Las Vegas, Nevada. You will also receive a letter in the mail

This place is below a 1 star. They sell lemon cars and take people money false advertising and trash cars. The people are unprofessional. And lie very well They refuse to tell who the owner is
