I love this Chapters. Staff here are very helpful and actually approach you when you look a little lost - even when it was very busy in the week before Christmas. The line up to the cash registers was very long, but the cashiers handled it very efficiently and I didn't mind the wait at all.

Only downside to Chapters is that you can get pretty much everything they sell for at least a few bucks cheaper on Amazon these days.

I love chapters. It's easy enough to find a section of books you might be interested in. With a Starbucks inside you're free to browse. There are staff available for help if you need it and search kiosks if you are looking for something but you don't know where it is or if they have one in stock.

Love the atmosphere. Good cafe style music and with a connected Starbucks it's perfect! Great selection and a lot of sales. Kids love it too. A really nice bookstore with a cozy feeling.

Huge Selection of Books, staff is super helpful. One guy thought I worked there and I helped him find a book he was looking for, should have seen the look on his face when I told him I didn't work there. :)

Personally I think chapters is overpriced for what they offer. A lot of novelty items that are absurdly priced for their quality. The books arent too expensive, but sometimes its hard to justify paying $25+ for a book that I'll read in a day and never pick up again. Perhaps I'm not enough of a book enthusiast.

I do, however, stand by my first point. There's no way I'm spending a dime on their ridiculous throw pillows and cheaply made mittens.
