Once again it was a great car buying experience with the guys at Charbonneau’s. Terry, Scott S. And Benny always take care of me. This time they helped me with a vehicle for my daughter. Scott listened to my wants and needs, and they found the perfect vehicle. The best thing for my family is, the comfort of knowing that if I’m out of town and we have any issues, they will get taken care no matter what. Thanks guys, and great job!!

Went in a little over a moth ago and bought a 2017 Chrysler 300. Kass was very helpful and awesome to work with. If he didn't have an answer to a question he was quick to get an answer from someone who knew. They didn't have the color I wanted but were able to get one from another dealer. We started the paperwork, got approved and not happy with the rate I got, I had asked them to try another bank that I have my personal accounts with. When I came back to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car, I had asked if they tried the bank and was told they did but I didn't get a better rate. After reviewing my credit report I found that they did not try my bank. If I need another vehicle I would go back but I definitely will be finding my own financing.

If you are looking for a new vehicle Charbonneau's is the place to go. They are helpful and very knowledgeable. When we bought our car Adrian took the time to show us how everything worked and we felt great driving it away!! Adrian and the whole crew are great to work with. We will definitely be back! Thanks for all your help!

Absolute idiots run that place! I am glad I didn't buy my car there, but so mad I even attempted to do ANYTHING there with my Chrysler! All I wanted was for them to do my oil changes and they can't even get that right! No regards for customers or their vehicles. I hope I never have to go back! Horrible experiences every single time I had to go!

I car shopped a lot and this was by far the best customer service I recieved! They helped me get into what I wanted not what they thought I needed so I would give the 10+ stars ! I also used to have my other car serviced here and they were always great about making sure I still got where I needed to go !
