The salesman, Ray, was great to work with friendly and personable.  However,  the vehicle information listed on their website was incorrect.  Specifically, the wrong gear ratio was listed as well as the type of 4x4 engagement system.  Fairly simple things that were overlooked but in less than a few minutes this information is readily identified as being incorrect.  Also, the vehicle had an aftermarket bed which was missing attachment bolts to the pickup which is a safety concern and was also spray painted to cover rust without being thoroughly washed.  The bed also had several none functioning lights to included turn and brake lights.  A simple fix which should have been taken care of prior to putting on the lot or sold.  When bringing in a trade in vehicle, Bob, their used vehicle appraiser never asked me any questions about my trade in vehicle and incorrectly assessed it had been in an accident due to different parts used and proceeded to offer less than half the KBB value for a trade in.  If buying or trading a vehicle here you should know what you are looking at and be smart enough know if the vehicle is being represented fairly and priced accordingly.

Great and friendly staff to work with. My wife and I felt very comfortable negotiating the price on a used vehicle. Very calm, friendly, and low pressure environment.  4 months later we love our new vehicle.
