It's just not what it used to be. I grew up in Sheboygan and also worked her as a teen and have always loved it here. But the last two times I've eaten here it's just not what I remember.

Great food. Service depends on how busy they are and staff. They tend to run out of potato salad, so go early to get some!

Butter, this is the restaurant that started the classic Sheboygan Burgers with lots of Butter.

It has a dining counter and classic small dinner tables, and the atmosphere is uniquely Sheboygan.

Hard to beat for actual charcoal-grilled Miesfeld's brats, served on a toasty hard roll. I love the malted milk. Tastes creamy, like the ones made in the 60s. A local culinary institution well worth visiting.
