Losing my mother is the most difficult thing I have ever had to experience by far, but the people here made the planning and arrangements as easy as I imagine that it could be at a time like this.  She looked wonderful and any comment or concern was addressed immediately.

Our experience with Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home:
        My Family and I were very satisfied with their services . The only complaint We have is getting in touch with the Director after my Sister Amy C. Montgomery was lied to rest. We will try again today to get in touch with the Director. This is the family of Amy C. Montgomery. . . My Sister Amy C. Montgomery Looked Very Beautiful, as usual. We were more than satisfied with the way Amy C. Montgomery looked during the services. 
   We are very grateful for the way the Director of Charles L. Stevens walked us thru the process with such compassion and understanding.
