My son's death was 3 1/2 years ago and it seems like yesterday so although this review may be delayed, it is nonetheless heartfelt.
The Zannino family is Baltimore at its best. 
We were in a strange city, in a strange hospital, and faced with an immense loss having no idea what to do and not really up to figuring that all out. 
I called clear across the country and spoke with Charles and on him my worries were left. He took charge of all the details; I was able to focus my energies on my family and  my own grief. Our son was laid to rest with the dignity and beauty befitting such a courageous young man..
Charles litterally saved my sanity and I will forever be in his debt.

I cannot say enough about Zannino Funeral Home. They are curteous and helpful in every way. They are flexible and have made the hard experience of planning a funeral for a family member much easier. Charles is the director there and is the best at what he does. Very professional. Every other funeral home I called gave me attitude and acted like I was an annoyance, definitely not the way you should work with family of the deceased! Charles and his team were kind and attended every last detail with precision and professionalism. Thank you Charles for everything. -Luis S.
