I have bought many pairs of shoes from this store & have had only positive experiences.  I also had a heel break after 1 wearing, but found the sales personnel very willing to order me a replacement pair. Their shoes are a boon for anyone with fit difficulties such as wide feet or bunion problems. I love their styles & fun color combinations.

Horrible exchange policy, especially for a tourist area where people go for vacation. The shoe broke ( heel) before I got to my car ( btw you pay for parking). The lady would not give me a refund. They did not have another pair in my size and wanted me to wait for them to order it. In the future I will order the shoes directly from San Miguel de Allende and pay less than half what charleston charges.
