First time I went in I could not get staff to wait on me. Went today to find the store not open during normal store hours. Very disappointed. I absolutely love Bed Stu shoes and was excited to find a store that sells them. After this experience I will continue to by them direct online.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! The owner yelled at me because I asked him if he thought the rhinestone would come off the 100 dollar flip flops I was contemplating purchasing! He said I clearly "don't need the shoes anyway". Well sir your right I don't need them from you. Btw I found the exact same pair of shoes on Ebay for 8 dollars!!! The prices are ridiculously inflated. I assume this store will be out of business soon with such a high  rent in the mall and the overpriced merchandise,on top of a rude owner.

If you are looking for a unique sandal, boot or shoe, you should stop here first. The shoes are quality, gorgeous Italian leather and high end brands, AE, Taos, Memphisto...  They also have a limited selection of jeans, shirts and VERY cool bags.  If you are looking for a cheap pair of shoes, this is not the place for you.
