We just got done ordering from the establishment and the cashier did out in our other half of my family's order, we had to pay twice for the remainder of the order. It's not fair and not good customer care. We should get a refund of the second order. I'm leaving this review and I am contacting the corporate office to fight for this.

Boyfriend got food poisoning soon after eating the beef, diarrhea, vomiting, cramps, beware apparently multiple people get food poisoning here. Never again

Horrible lunch idea 50$ and I dont a refills nor can I get a water cup wish I could leave no stars, plus the costumer service is horrible. business owner to business  owner  this location sucks   Cheers.

My favorite restaurant at the Tucson Mall. I love the meat on their sandwiches, always cooked to perfection. Along with their cheese fries, so good. The staff are so nice as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I went on my lunch hour and I got a meal with fries, when the lady gave me my food I asked for ranch on the side she put it on my sandwich. I told her I asked for a side of ranch.. She just looked at me and i said forget it. I walked over to the register and asked for the manager.. The same lady came over and just started refunding me rather than fix it. The owner walked out and I asked if he was the manager.. He said no I'm the owner I was telling him the issue and the lady that made the error starts screaming to him. She was trying to place blame on me. I told the owner its very rude and unprofessional for her to scream at her customers. He said I know she shouldn't do that. He didn't even offer to fix the issue, I was so fed up I walked away without food because she was so rude. They wont survive with her, she will run all there customers off she's SO RUDE!

This is the best place ever in the mall!! Sooooo delicious! My daughter says that the kids meal is awsome. I love it! The sandwiches  were so yummy! What were in the lemonades? It was really tasty! The French fries were hot enough. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I ordered onions with my sub and they didn't put any. I pointed it out to the manager and there appeared to be a language barrier because he made no effort to correct it. If a place can't follow a simple request, then I'm not giving my business. I was professional when I told him I didn't have any onions because I don't turn rude for petty stuff. Sadly a few restaurants have left the mall and there's less dining options, but I still would not go back so they can mess up my lunch.

I love the food there and go there all the time and their lemonade is fantastic but the have flavors too and they fantastic service and their hiring to ok if any one looking so yeah they rock .

This place charged my 12 year old daughter 50 cents for a packet of ketchup and tried to charge $2.00 for a refill on her lemonade! What adult does that to a kid? Will never buy from them again. They will eventually go out of business!
