The meals at Taco Bell are well worth it. I suggest anyone looking for fast food food head over to this place .Food: 5/5
While trying to do food deliveries a passenger in my car needed to use their bathroom. I’ve picked up food here multiple times a day- but not at that very minute. They refused to allow bathroom use without an order pickup. Any one with the need BEWARE! I can’t give a good review to inconsiderate personnel.
Went to pick up my order that I ordered in the app. They locked the doors early. We arrived at 8PM and posted lobby hours are until 9PM. Had to wait 20 minutes to pick up the order in the drive thru. Mentioned to staff and they just shrugged. No explanation or apology whatsoever. Very disappointing. I could see at least 5-6 people inside so I’m sure it was not because of being short staffed.
We had a mishap with our food. I asked for no fiesta strips to be put in the burritos we ordered. It was the last big of our money we had to spare to get something to eat before going to do some delivery driver stuff. Well after finding the request had been not only ignored but it had been packed full of strips. I called and informed them. The very rude- get me off the phone fast, didn't care about what they did wrong, young lady told me if I was close by to bring it back with the receipt and they would remake our food. Upon getting there I tell the very large inconsiderate drive thru worker that we had a mistake that needed to be corrected. He very rudely and with no sympathy or understanding but annoyance in his voice that suddenly changed from his would be friendly greeting. Said very mono toneish "ok pull up to the window." When I did he asked to see the receipt which I showed him he asked for the food......according to health codes a restaurant isn't allowed to take food back and after working in the fast food industry for years I know that all they will do is throw out the food that granted my best friend didn't want to eat with the strips in it. However I could have given that food to my husband. When I refused the man took the receipt and went to talk to someone in the back which turned out to be the young lady I spoke to on the phone. She tells me it's TacoBells policy that they take the food back and if in not going to do that then she wasn't going to remake our food. I told her I'm sorry but no it's a healthcode violation and I'm not going to do that. I asked for my receipt back as I need those as proof for tax purposes and even if I don't it's mine and not hers! She just told me no, nope nuh ah. The proceeded to shut the window in my face and put the lock up. So I wrote to Taco Bell right then and there to complain. Well I got one email from them saying we're on it and nothing ever again or so far!
I believe that service would have been great if employees weren't walking on eggshells. The manager who was there on this day was absolutely horrible, I believe that he was of Asia decent. I witnessed him yelling at an employee, and the poor thing was nervous, and I'm sure embarrassed that she was making mistakes. I have ptsd so automatically, I go into survival mode. I lost my appetite and gave my food away. I'm sure that he does this often because he gets away with it. And absolutely no one should have to go through that, let alone in front of other employees and customers.
The option to order online for pick up let's me customize and change every item, but the store didn't let me do it in the drive through. So, I have to order online to get the customization I want? It sounds like the drive through or the line didn't want to do the order different. Food: 5/5
Put in the on the app, they completely messed up the entire order, called the 1800 number on the reciept and could not get a live person till the next morning and told them what happened with the order, they assured me they would take care of it just take the reciept back to the restaurant and they should honor the replacement of the order with the correct items and substitutions. Went to the restaurant and gave them the reciept and told the employee about the order being wrong and calling the 1800 number and being assured that they would replace the order and was told that because the order was "so big " they had a hard time replacing it. Well that's good money that was spent on an order that didn't even come correct, and a cry in shame on those employees and that manager for not honoring their Tell the bell feedback policy and either money back or replacement of the meal customer service guarantee. I have never been so insulted and had my money literally taken for food that they didn't even get right to then be told that I wouldn't get the correct order because it was "such a big order" really? Well $60.00 on a order should deserve to get the right stuff the first time or at least have the replacement honored.
My mom and I spent our day out eating here and it was perfect she ordered her usual salad and veggie taco... yes veggies taco.. I know what your thinking.. it's just not right by this track right here is the bees knees.. I ordered a chicken burrito and the staff management workers.. painted a beautiful day.. thank you!Food: 5/5

The food was not terrible typical Taco Bell experience. However the customer service was awful they were extremely unfriendly zero manners. Everybody including the managers were not hopeful and frankly kind of rude. This is the first time I've tried this Taco Bell and I probably won't be coming back to this one. I think they definitely need to work on customer service because that is the name of their job title. And receiving my food things were not properly wrapped and all falling out.
