I came there and I ordered the lady on cashier misunderstood I ask for large California chicken combo and I should be coke with drink and fries and I didn’t get the drink. Then she told me to I have to pay for the drink and when she got my order she didn’t ask for toppings. I got my order with out toppings I wanted. not worth it never come back.
If I could rate this restaurant a 0 star I would. I ordered on Uber eats, fries with bacon and cheese and two drinks. Paid $20 for half a box of fries and 2 drinks. Such a disappointment honestly. To be completely honest. Not worth the price in anyway. Don't get me wrong it definitely was tasteful as compared to say Subway. No matter how I order at Subway I'm often disappointed. So having a place with a sub with Flavor was a plus but the size in comparison to price left me with buyers guilt. Especially considering how much extra in cost you'll expect to spend when adding a drink & fries. Definitely will keep looking for my go to sub shop.

I ordered a Cheesesteak and friesTo be deliveredWith extra onions and banana peppers. I did not get any banana peppers. Then when I called it took forever to answer and when they did they rattled on in Spanish then hung up. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again.

Left angry and hungry. Biancawomen name on receipt did not properly seal my fries. Which fries was in fact only thing I got. It spilled all over bag and so had to through it away. Didn't get to eat any of it. WASTE OF MONEY. Would never trust that place ever again. Also they didn't ask if I wanted the sauce put on it. They automatically put it on there.
Awful customer service. My mother was ordering a regular sized chicken California but later wanted it changed to a large chicken philly. So I told the cashier that but all he heard was the part that I wanted it large & the order went on as a chicken California until I told him AGAIN that it was a chicken philly. So he told the cooker that & in order for them to make it quick & hurry up the line they didn’t cook it very well. The woman in charge of the ingredients area didn’t even bother asking what else we wanted in our sandwich, she just put the usual, mayo lettuce & tomato. If y’all go there, make sure they hear your order or they’ll mess it up. But the guy should’ve asked to make sure.
I remember when I first started going to these guys at lakeforest, then at Montgomery mall. They made my first experience guarentee that it wouldn't be my last. I got the chicken California and to this day is my favorite thing on the menu. Dont get me wrong though all of their food is top notch. Keep it up! 5/5
