This place is amazing. I have never had any issues with this place. The manager Megan is the best employee in the whole place. She runs a great crew. I would love to have an employee like that who makes it their job to sell and enjoy the product with no complaints. I came one day to find her cleaning the sneeze guard herself. She is an A+ manager and employee running things by example not just barking orders. Will continue to go back again and again.

When ordering food at Charleys I witnessed an employee distributing lemonade from a rusty dirty bucket. And after witnessing the bucket I opened my bucket to see things floating around in my cup. When talking to an employee about the condition of the restaurant they proceeded to tell me that management is cheap and does not care about the conditions of their workers and the “behind the scenes” establishment. As a concerned citizen, especially only living forty miles from Flint I would like for this issue to be looked into. I have contacted the local health department and still awaiting a response.

Every time a go here it's just Sooo good. I recommend everyone should go try this place!

All of the other times I've gone to this Charley's, I've had pleasant experiences. BUT THIS TIME>>> OH THIS TIME. the lady was incredibly rude and messed up my order three times before I finally paid, then come to find out, she had actually STILL messed up my order and gave me a small instead of a regular size sub. They then told me that I woud have to get BACK in the line on a busy Tuesday to fox it.  I am very dissatisfied with this particular cashier. She didn't even look like she wanted to exist.
