If I could give negative stars I would. This place had the worst service, didn't catch my waitresses name(but she had blonde hair in a ponytail, maybe in her 30's, thin with  a Russian or European accent) but she was a real winner. She had an attitude like we were there to bother her (I didn't ask her to come to work today so why the attitude?) We sat there for well over 20 minutes before we even saw our lovely waitress. She was rude, making faces, didn't like the fact that we weren't ordering meals and instead came for appetizers and desserts. The food wasn't great but I can live with that. The fact that this lady had such an attitude and wants to throw the check on the table is a joke. They should be embarrassed for having someone like that represent they're company. Too pissed off to even ask for a manager so here's my review.

I use to truly love this place and have been coming here since it opened.  It use to be that you always got a good meal here; then in the last year or so it’s been hit or miss.  But man, as of late it has really gone down hill. For the second time in a row it was a bad experience.  Which is why I decided to post a review. 

First off, one of the reasons I would come here, over other steak houses, was their French Onion soup.  But for the second time in a row it was just terrible.  I’m not sure if they changed the recipe of the French Onion soup, but I can tell you that the bread and cheese seemed to be thrown in as an afterthought.  The cheese wasn’t even hot.  It’s hard to convey how bad this was.  

Secondly, I ordered both my father and I Charlie Cut prime rib’s to be cooked medium rare; and when it came out there was zero pink to be found in it.  It was over cooked, unevenly cooked, and while I like a little fat on my steak, it was extremely fatty and certainly not worth the money.

I wish I was the type of person to send it back, but it’s just not me.  I probably would’ve told the manager if they came over and asked how our meal was like they use to.

The saving grace (and the only reason I gave it two stars) was we had a very nice and attentive waiter and the appetizer was okay.

Nicely served.  Food was tasty and reasonably priced.  About $50.00 for two of us.  No alcohol or dessert.  Salad bar is varied and fresh.  Meat is choice so steaks are not the most tender

Great food, good prices.  Very accommodating for a party of 8 with separate checks.

I wasnt impressed by food, service, or atmosphere. More interested in their bar service. We were only ones there, and we felt like they wanted to close up and get us out asap. We thought a steak house must be good because we heard the place in Middletown was good, but we wouldnt go back and were disappointed with the meals.
