Service was really good. The fish and chips were absolutely horrible. The Salsa for the chips was not good. The drinks were almost not drinkable. The shrimp fettuccine alfredo was ok at best. The blue cheese burger was ok. Charlie's used to be good but is definitely not the same restaurant it used to be. I will not be back to dine here.Food: 1/5

Went here for the first time last night and will definitely be back! The salsa is amazing - so fresh and flavorful. They have a good selection of beer and wine and the service is great full bar also. They will be having live blues music every other Thursday on flex weekends and I look forward to checking that out!Recommended dishesFish N Chips

Ordered for the first time and had it delivered.  Never have I had a steak not seasoned with anything. At all. The burger was so greasy you couldn't eat it. The side salad was fine but i feel thats hard to mess up. The actual food not so much. And for the price so not worth it. 60$ for 2 people and both meals were bad.

Nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. Has a bar and dinner specials. Menu is not overwhelming on selection, just right. From burgers to steaks. There are far better places to dine in the town. Menu is simple and the food is ok. The service is always so hit or miss... and it takes forever to get anything.

Service at Charlie’s was terrible. I ordered a steak for pickup and was told it would be 30 min. I walk over in the heat and wait an additional 30 minutes. I ask for a status update on my food and was told they had no idea??? What???? I asked for a refund so I could get my food elsewhere. The nice young lady tells me that my steak is done and they are getting the sides and it won’t be much longer so I take a seat and continue to wait. A few minutes later a waitress brings me a receipt to sign for my refund, telling me that they are busy and all of these customers are before me… honestly, if the just would have told me the actual wait time then I wouldn’t have had a problem. They were busy, I get it. I’m busy too is what they failed to understand.
