Phoned for info on titling and licensing a travel trailer in Fla that I recently purchased in Va.  Very easy to get through and after a short wait a young lady was extremely helpful and walked me through the completion of the needed forms.  Great experience

I got there at 4:45pm, DMV wasn't busy I knew  I was close to closing time. As I was asked to sit In front of the clerk I waited patiently to be taking care while she counted her checks for the day as part of her closing procedure. In the mean time the clerk next to my clerk, the future assistant manager name Gina was very outspoken about her coworkers and personal life.. asked my clerk what's the hold up with me cause I (the customer) am holding them back and they can't do nothing for me at this time.. Waiting time not bad, but customer service is horrible.

I've been to the Punta Gorda office on Taylor St. several times, both for motor vehicle and for tax issues.  I've found the systems to be efficient and the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.  I've told several people that the motor vehicle agencies in other states would do well to have Florida's DMV management staff provide them with training.

We are from Connecticut where  a trip to the motor vehicle department is an all day event and a nightmare. Going here is such a pleasure the people treat you like a real human unlike Connecticut. Thank you folks for doing a wonderful job.
