I've lived in Punta Gorda for over a year now and I've always had great service here.

I have had two lost packages for almost two weeks now! I have called numerous times to figure out what is going on. I am having no luck. First time I called the lady who answered, who was supposed to be supervisor, was very rude and treated me like I was lying about my packages being lost. Mind you they said delivered but clearly I didn't receive these packages, so why else would I be calling? She took my information and told me she would get back with me. Days went by, then the weekend. Now it's Monday! I called and spoke with a new supervisor, the lady from last week no longer works there now? This guy seemed to find my packages and took my info down. No call back and have tried calling everyday since. It's now Wednesday. What is going on? I work full time and don't have time to come in, so when people call, especially with an issue, I should be able to reach and talk to someone. I now have packages floating around and have no one to help me! I have also had mail sent to the wrong people over several months. I'm very upset and I'm considering contacting anyone higher up! The employees need to get there act together, or find new people who can excel in customer service and are willing to help! Would like to add to the above comment, that a very nice lady answered the phone today and told me she would personally call me back today about the issue! Thank you!!! Maybe I'll actually get some answers!

We have had problems with mail being "lost" in the mail. Important items like bills and checks simply didn't arrive. This has been very upsetting. The response from the post office was not helpful - they said the mail carrier would look around for them. Also, mail on our street is frequently delivered to the wrong address - we have to exchange with neighbors. We don't know what to do to get good service.

Very friendly staff and very helpful :) will be going more often here.

The mailman hates his job. He only deliveries our mail 2-3 days a week at the most. We have complained and talked to supervisors but no one seems to care. We are now going on 2 weeks without mail!!
