For an airport that I use quite a bit to make connecting flights, this is a fairly nice airport. It is clean, there are many food options, there are also many comfortable areas to sit and rest. The staff are helpful and there are many signs letting you know where to go to catch your next flight. All in all, a nice and easy place to fly through.

Great place to fly in and out of. The lines getting through TSA are never too bad, if one is long walk to another and you should get through rather quickly. This place is clean and the views are pretty cool while you wait.

This airport is becoming dreadful. They keep adding on to it, building new gates, new garages but forgetting what it's like to be a passenger inside. Terminals have narrow hallways making it more tedious when the handicapped passenger carts need to get through. WiFi is spotty and SLOW. Good luck finding a charging station, they are few and far between. It's controlled chaos inside, and getting worse by the year... Woe be it to a passenger that lands at the end of the E concourse and needs to catch a flight in the B concourse with only 30 minutes to get there... pretend you need assistance and get someone to drive you over, it's faster. Something as simple as a container of orange juice is far more expensive than at other airports... overall they need to look at efficiency inside the place before bringing in more passengers... someone like American might take a look at a more efficient airport and move their operation (ummm... there's a lot of room in Cincinnati, beware or they may outbid you). This is not an airline's problem, it's airport management and planning.

Relaxing atmosphere. Rocking chairs everywhere, that's a plus! Good food options. Clean. Large signs made it easier to navigate through and to find my gate. The restrooms were small but the restroom attendant was nice, attentive, and kept the long line in the restroom moving. Friendly service.

Gates at the end of the terminals all seem to load their flights at the same time...1200 ppl standing/moving around in a place made for 200. Then there are the carts that block/run over people walking/standing. It's the least passenger friendly airport I've been to (and I fly every week for work). Hot, noisy, and severely overcrowded are the three first words that come to mind when describing this airport.
