I left on my trip last Thursday and just came back last night. This was my first time using shuttle service at the airport and I must say it was excellent service! From The Helpful phone Representatives to the on time drivers getting me to and from the airport. This was the utmost great customer service I was very impressed! I thought that I would be waiting at my car for a while once I arrived it was not even a minute before the shuttle pulled up leaving the airport I also thought I will be waiting coming back and the drivers are pretty much around the clock. I was also traveling by myself. Great company! I Highly recommend!

This is the best way for long term parking.  And the best way to get to the airport and it is best to call ahead to make reservations for parking lot. They will pick you and your baggage up and take you to the airport. And pick up back up when you return from your destination. Take you back to your car. And a lot cheaper than airport parking. Great people and very friendly.

My go to place when flying or renting a car from the airport.  Book online to both get better rates and ensure parking when you know the lot may be full.  There is both covered and non-covered parking as well.  Shuttles continually run, and if you're not sure you can call them to verify.  Self service checkout opened recently and it's a breeze to get through, though there is still an attendant if you need/want.

Have always had a positive experience here but I was very seriously put off after heading back from the Thanksgiving holiday. The bus pulls around to drop off another passenger but his car isn't there where he parked it. The driver gets on the radio to ask where the car is (first uncomfortable moment). Then she explained they towed his car during the holiday rush (second uncomfortable moment). The man seems pretty surprised, even shocked, and I would have been, too. Then the driver immediately goes, "Don't worry, we didn't charge you anything extra for it." For real?? I would not be happy about that happening to my car and the response from their staff was a little... Inappropriate, I think.

Love this place...easy in, easy out. Buy parking before you go at a discount over airport parking. Shuttle is also very easy and close. Picks up like every 5 min. Never had to wait an extra min. I am doing this Everytime I fly out of CLT.
