I just want to know if they can oil my Seiko divers watch and replace the stem, maybe the entire face and bezel, hands and an approximate cost. I can't get this information if they don't answer the phone; it's Wednesday at 10:45 now. So; I'll try calling a few more times today and a few times tomorrow. Then'll update my review. I've has this watch for nearly 50 years and it still runs but it needs some serious attention. The last repair guy charged me $145. didn't even clean it at all, broke the setting pin and .... well; screwed it up. Some how scraped the illumination off the face. I'm trying this guy now.

My Movado watch was not running. I brought it to 2 jewelers and both said that a piece was loose in it and they couldn't work on it and that I should send it back to Movado (wherever that is!). I decided to try one more place and took it to Charlotte Watch Repair. Within 5 minutes my watch was opened up, battery replaced and the loose piece reattached and I was out the door. I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was. It pays to go to the person most qualified for the job! I highly recommend Charlotte Watch Repair.

They resized my 10 k diamond wedding ring for me. Highly recommended place! They were pleasureable, honest & got the job done. My ring fits greats now & looks great!!!! Thanks again! :-)

I have 3 Fossil watches, one of which quit working. I brought it to Charlotte Jewelry and Watch Repair as they are a Certified Fossil Retailer. It took a while to get the parts from Fossil but they fixed the watch and it runs great. They are the only jewelers I will go to for any type of jewelry repairs.

Took my engagement ring there to have a stone replaced. Not only did they replace it, they cleaned and repaired all of the tips; it looks better than when I bought it! All for a really great price, too! I would recommend this place to everyone, definitely.
