I have been in the luxury business servicing customers myself for many years and service is everything to me.  Well, let me tell you Dan Kelly and Kathy Bigham were amazing every step of the way!! They impressed me from start to finish which is very hard to do. First off they had a wide selection of Rolex watches and Dan helped me find the perfect one.  He is a true product specialist.  He was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.  Dan is the real deal Rolex professional.     
     Kathy is also great to work with. She was involved and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. She delivered on her promises by making sure my experience was special and memorable.  Kathy runs a first class operation and it shows. It is evident that her employees are happy and focus on every need of each customer.  That says a lot about her and her company.  Thank you both Kathy and Dan for making my Rolex purchase special!!  Kathy, I am glad we finally met!!  See you for my next purchase.....

I have dealt with Bigham Jewelers twice and both times have been exceptional. All of the staff is qualified helpful and very friendly. I had a very special ring duplicated and they did an amazing job. They explained the process thoroughly and delivered what they promised. Other jewelers didn't even bother to return my call. I highly recommend this business and the people that work there.

I needed to have my 2005 Rolex Submariner serviced. I hadn't had it service since I purchased the watch years ago. I wasn't comfortable shipping the watch to New York City ,and waiting 6-8 weeks to get it back. How nice to know that Bigham Jewlers has a certified Rolex jeweler on staff. It took about six weeks from the time I made the appointment to the time they were able to service my watch. It took just under two weeks for the work to be done. George let me know the price range up front, and when I picked up the watch today it looked amazing and brand new. They did a wonderful job, gave me a full two year warranty on the work they did, and I am very pleased. I strongly recommend you consider your Rolex service in Naples, Florida as opposed to NYC or Switzerland. I am very glad I had it serviced in my hometown. Thank you Bigham Jewelers.

Visit to Naples,FL store on 12/1/17. I required the installation of 
a couple of links in a watch band. Unfortunately, the links I provided
were for a different watch. 
Rather than give up , your jeweler Mike found a solution which solved
my need.
He could not have been more professional. In fact, a number of your
other employees whom I passed  as I left the store were also most
upbeat and pleasant.
My visit was FIRST CLASS in every respect!!

I have always admired Ursula Pfahl, and her work she's a true community leader. Bigham Jewelers, like Ursula, leaves its mark on our community in so many positive ways. THANK YOU Bigham and Ursula for making a difference!!
