This is one of the best places in Charlotte if you are out for some real shopping spree. You'll get some of the best deals and offers here. Most of the shops are kind of like factory outlets and have better offers compared to other malls. Variety is better too. The only 2 things bad here are 1. You always have to look for someone to drive away so that you can find parking. And 2. The food court could had been better.

Easy to get to.  Parking is free.  So many shops with a great variety to visit.  Prices are good.  Indoor and outdoor areas. Very clean and a pleasure to shop there.

Love the Charlotte Premium Outlets! 4 stars though because parking is a giant headache on the weekends. Plan to go early for less stress and fewer crowds or go during the week (I never make it out there though M-F). 

They have a great selection of outlet stores with sales regularly.  By far the busiest store here is the Nike Outlet (understandable).  One of my favorite stores is the Beef Jerky Outlet - for the local jams, jelly, and honey. Also check the website ahead of time, sometimes stores post additional coupons. 

Another reason for 4 stars: There are not tons of places to eat here, while it is an outside mall there is no true outside dining or restaurants (they have a small food court, a pretzel shop, and a Starbucks).

Typical outlet malls, as this company is skilled at attracting the "right" stores. Nothing unusual about this one, parking is typically an issue, and crowds can be heavy on certain days. If you have been to other outlet malls of this type, the layout should feel familiar, as well as the stores themselves.  Premium,says it all.

Very clean and easily traverse area. The bathrooms were extremely clean. Large variety of shops ,and every store we visited had the kindest and most professional staff
