I like the selection of clothes that Charlotte Russe has to offer and and I always find an article of clothing for a good price! The store is always clean and organized when I go in and I usually prefer shopping at this store rather than Forever21 or Rue21. The only problem that I have is that any time I go in there, the customer service isn't all that great. I'm usually never greeted or asked if I need help with anything. The couple times that I have been in there, it hasn't been too busy because I go early in the morning or at night. 
Overall, it's okay but customer service definitely needs to be improved.
