I normally don't do reviews, but it bothered my son enough to do this one. I've been shopping here for the last 5 years. I felt it was better than most. Yesterday, while having a day with my son, we experienced "judgement", at its worst. As I entered the restroom a lady called someone to the back, as my son listened. While washing my hands, a lady entered checking all stalls and went back out. He told me what happened and I let him know all about how normal this is for his skin color. They watched until we left. I only purchased my items because my son wanted to. I will NEVER give them anymore business from this point forward. I will also spread the word to my co-workers that normally come with me after work.

Great deals, but this particular Ross store is very unorganized. I was looking for XXL polos, and found them throughout the apparel, stuck in random size areas. It looks like they just randomly placed items to make it look full. All of the sizes are jumbled. I understand it’s a discount store, but they could at least try sort by size a little better.

I use to love working here. I’ve been here for two years and as soon as the new manger, Suzy arrived. All hell breaks loose. She will treat you like a slave, talk to you like her dog, and will keep putting you down. Now, I don’t even look forward to coming to work. She had said to me that I am going to have to “step down”. What is “stepping down” when you’re a part time Sales Associate? Or transfer locations because my mother in law works here also. Great, I would LOVE to leave the store so I don’t have to work with her anymore but I LOVE my co workers. I hope she doesn’t stay manager long, she doesn’t deserve it. I want Kirsten back!! I guess I’m transferring to Yukon.

I've been shopping here for a long time and never had been treated like I was today. I was returning two shirts and a romper, the romper has a string that ran through the front and two straps in the back, when I tried it on at home the string wasn't in the back straps and it was more of a pain than it was worth to wear lol. So when I was returning them, the string wasn't in the back straps and the lady made a HUGE deal out of it. Saying "if it's so simple to put in why not just put it in?" And "that's what I would have done, just put it back in" after telling her that I had purchased it without it being put together properly, I hadn't put it back. She kept running her mouth. Once she got to my two shirts, she tried to say they smell awful. (I'm a very clean person) and had tried them on, put them back in the bag and brought them back to the store. I didn't get her name. But I hope she won't have a job here for long. She had a horrible attitude.

Since the holidays are close the accessories are soooo cheap!!!! Great great low prices! I love Ross!
