I went this weekend and felt like the customer service was aweful. i needed help with shoes and no one seemed to want to help, when I obviously was waiting to get the attention of 4 of the girls at the registers. It was not even busy for them to have that many people standing there. when I finally did get someone to get the shoes for me she just dropped them off and was not trying to help at all. One of the boxes had two different color reds and she said she would go look for them and finally after waiting long enoygh I just went to pay for the two pairs and the girl was at the register -_- she never let me know what happened to the pair i wanted. Also I thought last pair of shoe sizes are on a special deal.. well they rang up regular price and when I told the lady she argued that not all shoes are that price but its always been that way the charlottes I've shipped at. i wouldn't go back at all. for this place to be in the heart of an attraction city I would of thought customer service would be #1.
