Went in the store while on vacation, got properly fitted for a pair of walking shoes and arch supports. Made my feet feel better immediately. Dianna was very caring and helpful. Thanks!

We were there last year, one of the best shoe shopping experiences ever for a tough to but for shoe. 16EE for a diabetic. Calling them today to have shoe's shipped to our home.

I went to this store after I found them on the internet. I have a pair of NB902s and have been looking for something similar for a year without success. I explained this to the lady who greeted us. She went to the computer and looked up the 902s and recommended the 1064s ( i think.) They weigh a lot more than the 902s and have a different last. She did not really seem to know about shoes. I asked two more questions about the shoe and she just stood there and looked at me. Never even offered to let mne try them. I finally asked her if she knew about shoes or was in training. She told me she knew a great deal about shoes. I finally gave up and left. They carry New Balance, but not so sure about the knowledge of the employees. They are supposed to be fit specialists, not a discount shoe store. I expected way more!
