My favorite store out of all Charming Charlie's stores in Pittsburgh! Besides having the great selection of jewelry, the store has the best staff ever! All the girls are extremely friendly, nice and helpful, ready to resolve any issue, answer any questions, and accomodate any request. In the past there were numerous times when the staff would go above and beyond assisting me. I always feel that for this team my interests are their #1 priority! Needless to say I'll be coming back again and again. 😊

It never felt whenever I go and find something that I fall in love with literally fall in love it just found a beautiful watch and it had purple highlights to it so I knew I had to get it staff is unbelievably helpful and kind and friendly they are not
