Story

The hidden gem of the South Metro! The Chart House Restaurant and Event Center is the perfect venue for: ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations and every gathering from intimate to 300++ guests. The indoor, Kingsley and Fireside Rooms have over 12,000 sq ft of private space overlooking our landscaped ceremony gardens with 2 gazebos, bridge, deck, and ponds; all within walking distance to Lake Kingsley. The covered outdoor Pavilion is a beautiful venue to host your gathering while taking in breath taking views of the lake and beech area.

Interesting place. Really a place to be in the Spring and Summer so you can enjoy the seating and views outside. Was there for a celebration and we rented a separate room, which was perfect in size. Appetizers that were provided were pretty good and the staff was very nice. There is a nautical themed bar when you walk in and there is a coat room too.

My husband and I used the Chart House for our outdoor October wedding. We first toured the place on a cold, wet November day. When we first pulled up and saw the giant ship exterior, I thought this wasn't the place for us. However, after walking inside the whole place blew us away. The inside was spacious with a beautiful large fireplace that was a perfect backdrop for our sweetheart head table. What really sold us on the place was the outdoor garden. Their outside ceremony area had trees just starting to turn colors and a great gazebo and and bridge where we had our first look and took fantastic photos. 

I worked with Kayla in setting everything up. She was great to work with and responded to all my questions in about two days. During our walk through Kayla had table cloth settings and photographer portfolios out for us to view. I really loved that when we sat down to discuss the venue, everything is fell into place and felt really natural. 

Chart House let us bring in our own arbor and set it up the night before. All my family keeps talking about how great the food was, even a year later. We got our photographer and DJ through their partnerships. 

I would highly recommend the Chart House for your wedding and reception venue. I cannot say enough good things about their management.

Just recently had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Chart House. The staff was amazing and had everything ready to go and was very accommodating when things changed. The food was wonderful, the guests could not stop talking about how good it was. The owner/manager even stopped in to make sure everything was going well. Could not have asked for a better night.

Love live music on Thursday's and Sunday's.  Elegant brunch on Sunday.  Amazing staff!

I'm being slightly generous with a 4.  

Outdoor Atmosphere is great and is why I'm giving a 4.  Tables with fires and made of granite. Nice cobblestone patio too with a fountain and large ship as decor.  

Food is mediocre and my southwest wrap didn't have much flavor.  The peppers would be better pickled not plain.  And the flavors of the spicy ranch are not strong enough.  

Calamari was acceptable except the breading comes off right when you dip it.  Good sized squid though.  

Food isn't bad but I'd be back only for the outdoor patio experience.  Haven't been indoors.  

Servers are young so I'm not being particular since they're learning still. Wasn't bad. 

Overall I'd be back but not for culinary experience. More for outdoor experience.  :) thumbs up
