Long story short, pizza's dough is bland and soggy. and later in the night services are horrible. Gave us 2 out of the four personal pizzas and gave us wings bone in, after clearly stating boneless twice to the waitress.

Prior to this restaurant, we haven't tried Pizza Hut in more than a decade. But for whatever reason, we gave them a shot and their Pizza is exactly as good as I remember it being when I was growing up. Based on some of the feedback here, I've been reluctant to try eating in or delivery, so I've only done pickup. The pizzas are always done perfect and completed on time. The only critique is that each time I get there, they do not seem organized or ready to take a new customer. I have to stand awkwardly waiting for someone to notice me at the cash register, while the staff sees me through the kitchen and then pretends I'm not there. Finally after I've stood there for 5 minutes and loudly asking "Hello??" does someone finally come over to take my money. Strictly speaking about their food, they are knocking it out of the park. From a restaurant perspective, however, I think they still have a ways to go.

I live in Eagan and have been to this pizza hut 3 times! Each time it has been a good experience. Food, service and cleanliness! I loved Pizza Hut growing up and am happy they rebuilt this one and are back in business :)

Love the pizza. Hate the service. Got my order wrong on 2 visits in a row. Can't call the store to get it corrected...the automated phone service is absolutely rage inducing.
