Very friendly. Made sure I understood all of the fees correctly and clearly. Clean. Doesn't seem like it gets crowded. Looking forward to coming here.

Everything is good about it. Its just they Close at 7 on saturdays and sundays. It should be atleast upto 9 on weekends.Or Overall it’s awesome.

All the cardio machines are broken !!! There is always treadmills that are down and as well the stair machines ! These are machines people use everyday why not get new ones and invade having to get the machines fixed over and over again. It will make people 100% happier and towels are always in shortage. If they improve in this area I would give them a 5 star rating, because it is easier too get a work out here since it is emptier than other gyms and a lot more relaxed I love coming here.
Just do not like waiting for the stair machine for an hour.

Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.  My personal trainer listened to my goal and helped me to get back in shape (I went from 180 to 167 lbs in the last 6 months; I'm a 56 yr old male) by encouraging me to push my limit little by little.

Was walked in on by a man in the ladies bathroom. With no acknowledgement of him being a guy. Dont know why the lady staff members didn't go in to check before he stepped inside was very pissed and when the staff lady saw or i expressed to her she then didn't try to offer an apology or anything. Was not pleased to see this man looking at me with my pants down felt very disrespected and still neither the guy nor lady staff had anything to say. This is definitely not a peep show so maybe train your people to do the respectable thing.
