Broken ATM for a month at 13091 Airline Hwy A, Gonzales, LA 70737. Trying to report to branch as customer service number suggests to the branch. But every time i call no on answers? Guess I will have to go in face to face to explain next time i am in the area. Could have been easily explained over the phone. Need more Chase ATM and banches in this area.

One of my favorite locations. Is like everytime I go, I GET VIP.  Mr. Anthony very professional very good in understanding the privated sector, Mr. Anthony always treat me with respect, he listen and executes accordingly. I will only do business with Mr. Anthony and no one else due to the FACT that hes knowledgeable in the privated sector. THANK YOU MR. ANTHONY!!

No waiting. No hassle. Super friendly courteous Bankers. Each lane had approx 2-3 cars waiting. In less than a minute of pulling up in line a car moved up, then again until I was at the service section. Everything was provided & ready. Easy to use tumbler took my business quickly to the teller & came back quickly with my ID promptly returned & a "thank you" have a great day.  I highly recommend Banking at this Chase Bank location.

Amazingly long and ridiculous wait times. Terribly designed driveways and parking. This is a major bank... you cannot get to the drive up ATM’s without having to wait in the drive up banking lines during business hours.  Come on Chase..... you can do better than this.

Can't even get them to answer no matter howany times or days in a row I've called.

VERY BUSY location with miniscule parking lot.  Being conditioned to use the ATM inside for transactions is infuriating.  I did find the lack of professional attire last Friday appalling for a financial institution.  They fuss at you for not wearing a mask indoors regardless of vaccine or having Covid previously. Every time I go it gets worse. Seriously considering changing national banks.

If you’re unlucky enough that this is your closest chase branch, might want to consider changing banks.  Franchise location owner needs to wake up and fix the ongoing logistics issues that have been ignored for too long.  Onto of the recent chase corporate policies that are totally counterproductive to letting people access their cash when the ATM machine limit is too low

Needed a Medallion Signature Guarantee to transfer a retirement account to a different brokerage.  Ms Burton was extremely helpful and had me in and out of there in about 20 minutes.  I am not a banking customer with Chase, but they will provide their customer services if you are a Chase Credit Card Holder.

Not worth rating. Only gave one star because it would not let me proceed without giving any. Getting a verification and a stamp on a check, when everyone is going through the same disaster process, should not be a difficult thing to accomplish,  nor should it take an an hour plus to do we end up leaving!Greeter gave incorrect information and was useless, which, was bad, but, even worse, bank manager, said we were next when he passed and to our surprise,  he then proceeded to call what seemed to be one of his friends and passed us by. At which time,we left on our way to another location. There we saw all the individuals that had left because it was taking so long. All was out within ten minutes being served by a staff of two. Chase, you should check on your manager and place him in a position he is more  suitable to handle.

As a long time customer and a small business, I went to my personal banker at Chase to apply for my  Ppp loan. The way the handled the whole process was totall incompetent and later I learned that they focused on the really big businesses because that was more profitable. Jamie Diamond the Ceo at Chase really showed his true colors on how Chase handles the PPP process.
