I switched to Louisiana Federal Credit Union a few years back when trying to get a loan because I had no credit and another bank wouldn't approve me for the loan. I've had no issues with them and I never have to wait long when going in, often getting service right away.

My only gripe is that half the time when I go to the ATM to deposit cash into my accont, the ATM light is always red which means you can't do it. If not for that then I would gladly give 5 stars.

This is the slowest bank I've ever been to. I only come here because they partner with Pelican State CU. EVERY TIME I come I be here for at least 20 mins and I be the next person in line...... don't stop here unless you have more than time on your hands!
