Dirve through ATM frequently down or blocked off, 1 internal ATM. Very inconvenient to try to quickly grab cash.

My wife and moved to this area about 6 months ago. We picked Chase Bank on Hwy 21, Covington. When we entered the bank, we were greeted courteously and professionally. We told the young lady the nature of of visit and we were taken to an office where all of our business was handled by a keenly knowledgeable young man. He was also nice, professional and courteous.I have been back in the bank several times and was always made to feel welcome. Chase on line is also very easy to use even for an old man. I am very satisfied and happy that we chose Chase and I would definitely recommend it as a personal bank.

The worse bank you can even have ,the worse costumer service, horrible policies everything seems to be a problem. You get jumped on by the greeter who interrogates you about your visit and what do you have if you are "prepared" for the tellers lol. Really I only gave one star because you can't put zero. You couldn't pay me to bank here the policies chase has are so ridiculous between two forsaken of specific ID even with a united States issued ID. Don't forget non account holder check cashing limits and forcing customers who write the checks to visit a branch to try and sort it out for the person they wrote the check for. If they think this is an incentive to force me to open an account with them to ease the process they are sadly mistaken this keeps me as far from chase bank as possible. Waste of time and so much complication

Tried to deposit cash into a friend's account and was told I cannot unless the account holder is present.  Not useful at all when he is in another state.
