Ever notice that most of the time people think to leave a review is when they are upset about something or having a bad day? This is a fine bank with normal and helpful folks doing their jobs, I'm glad they are there.

I go here to make a deposit once a month. There has been several occasions where the line is 5-10 people deep and only one teller. I see employees pass by and go to the cubicles or see them go to the back room. But never did a 2nd teller ever come out to assist. I don't think I have ever seen two tellers working at once. The tellers are friendly and helpful there just needs to be more.

Wait time was not acceptable at this location

The wait was over 20 minutes just to get to the counter. There was only one person at the counter taking customers while the other employee was busy doing something else. There were over 10 people in line for a very long period and the other employee seemed unconcerned about what was happening.

Conveniently located inside Fred Meyers, observed Clerks with very curt attitudes towards non members the few times I have done transactions here. Wouldn't recommend to non chase members.
