take too long at the lines and don’t even answer the phone 👎🏿

Always long line ups and not enough staff bankers.  One time there was a lady who complained asking why they don't staff enough csrs and if they don't care about the customer waiting. The person just said "no". Also, one time they misread by 6 for an 8 and complained to me by saying that looks like an "8" to me. Great customer service..

They keep trying to push their electronic teller on me.  I am fundamentally opposed to machines taking the place of workers.
