I came for an extreme urgent notary and I called a head of time. The guy said 10 minutes max 15 min. Waited over 35 min and then the branch closed as i was waiting. I told the manager lady that i have my wife and baby waiting for me in the car, she said ooh well If you can't wait go to UPS cross the street. After waiting over 35 min she told me go cross the street if I don't like to wait. Wow. Thank chase. Keep up the great service. No wonder you have 3 star rating. But I think you don't deserve any stars at all.

I went to the drive through on 3-28-17 because my baby was sleeping in her car seat and it was easier then having to waker her up to go in. I simply need money out of my account (withdrawal) and i filled out the slip and gave my id and debt card to the banker. I was aked to wait of course thats fine. But insted of coming back with my money he came back and asked me questions on my check and who gave me a check because it was from my normal employer. As far as i am concerned my check did not bounce! It's my money why do they get to ask me and tell me if I can take it out of my account. EXTREMELY RUDE! will never go back to this branch again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I called to find out how many dollars to one euro and the guy demanded to know why I wanted to know. It's NONE of his business. I told him I just needed the info and he asked if I was trying to buy something with euros. Again, NONE of his business. He claimed not to know, to I asked for a supervisor and after waiting over 5 minutes without anyone coming on the phone, I was disconnected. Leaving this branch for sure!

Extremely bad service. They deserve no stars at all I have been waiting for along time with my kids ended up to the ups store a cross street no do an urgent notery

I have been banking at this branch for 18+ years. They seem to NEVER have enough tellers working the counter, but a bunch of employees working at the desks. No matter how bad the lines get, the people sitting at the desks never get up to assist. The days of Banking customer service are long dead.
