12 years of accurate service. No overcharges. Great perks. I prefer going into the bank instead of drive through and when you couple great service with friendly, accommodating staff members you get a great experience. Wouldn't change a thing.

Careful opening a business account. Wife opened a business account at the Sawmill Branch a couple of years ago. One that is rarely used. We noticed we were getting $20/month charges since they didn't properly link to our other accounts. Now we've gone into the State St. branch to correct it and they said it was fixed unwilling to refund the charges over time. We find out today their fix started charging the business account a monthly fee which we weren't told. I have two other business accounts at Chase and haven't had this problem but their unwillingness to fully rectify the previous issue and now causing an additional "fixed" issue has me considering transferring all accounts to PNC.
