Like others are saying, it’s bad customer service. Seemingly under qualified employees. Nice people but bad service.

There's six of us in line this morning, two people pacing back and fourth staring at us and one teller working hard to help people.  Worst allocation of resources by a bank, they should hire a manager that's doesn't bring their minimum work effort.

A valuable lesson lesson learned here, never come back to this lazy branch.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered in a bank. The branch manager was beyond the pale. I had a simple issue that she could not fix and had to go to an underling and have them help her. Suffered 1 and a half hours in there and still did not fix my problem. Less than a star if I could.
