This branch has an outstanding customer service. I'm very impressed.

Bank is suppose to open at 8:30am however I was told that it opens at 8:45 am. On top of the the staff was rude and unprofessional. Food for thought. I have never experienced this in other branches. Perhaps they need to reassess their staff or loose customers.

Pretty good experience with the bulk of their business agents being here most of the time compared to the other Bayonne location. Teller lines can get sluggish at times.
