If I could give a negative rating I would have!!!!! Waited for a banker for 30 minutes just to find out that now I have to wait in the line! While he was finding out that I needed to wait in the line he found a time to get coffee for himself!!!! Disgusting!!!! Also ones my transfer was not even made because manager forgot to approve it at the end of the day! STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!!

I lost my card and i asked the teller to cancel it. She gave me bad attitude and lied. I waited a week and a half and my card never came. I went to another chase and they told me that someone was using my card all week!!!! Because of this chase i lost 800 dollars!!!!!!

They keep the Costomer s witting in a big line with two windows open only. I was waiting for 40 minutes. And before I got to the window they said they don't have no money. No more chase.
