This is ridiculous, I wanted to print a direct deposit document. and I had to wait more than 40 minutes, and the workers attended more to people who took money from the ATMs than to the clients who were waiting seated and had put on line waiting.

I went once to open a savings account and I waited like 45 minutes (non-busy day) it was ridiculous!! At least the worker who helped me out was a good employee and gave me good service.

Great People they help you on every need that you may have. Excellent customer service. The services that CHASE provides to its customers it excellent.

Waste of time! Please do everyone including yourselves a favor and shut this location down! Looks like a Chase in tijuana. Such a small location with no place for lines. People stand looking at each other. This place sucks. No teller window's! I repeat no teller window's! What kind of bank doesn't have a teller window?

Such a small place they need to hire more ppl there was literally only 2 ppl working here and 3 ppl waiting in line for account information and I literally waited 1hr here😡
