Rude customer service drive through  " Why don't you take those deposit slips for next time so you're more prepared " she says, seriously I didn't know I was going to school I'd rate less if I could. This happens almost every other time I go to this place and it's once a week how obnoxious. I took ten minutes of your precious time. I'll remember to be less prepared next time teacher.

I'm a Chase Preferred Client and I try to avoid this branch at all costs. 

Despite my reservations, I decided to try and use Chase for a home equity line of credit.

I was hoping the entire process would be a little less involved given my CPC status with Chase.

I was terribly wrong.

Not only is the CPC representative at this Branch (Richard Fousek) basically a mouth piece and only capable of copying and pasting broad responses from the corporate Chase intranet, the inability to comprehend anything beyond an ATM card swipe (I still bet it takes them 2 swipes) goes as far as middle management (Dawn Marquis) and upper management (John Eifert).

I've refinanced loans via Citibank in the past where the loan agent was clearly not US based yet they managed my loan more effectively.

If this is how they treat a Chase Preferred Client, I feel TERRIBLE for their regular clients.

It's been almost 7 weeks now and they still haven't closed out my loan.

I've already SOLD the property I was originally trying to get the loan against.

I highly recommend you consider a different financial institution for financing needs.
