Helpful bank staff and nice place to sit inside. Seems like high volume of drive through which for the suburbs is a good option.

CitiBank is possibly one of the most difficult banks to work with. Because of their multinational financial services "too big to fail" status they lack the organization and personal service that is crucial with dealing with a personal checking, savings, or investment account. Because of their incredibly strict security measures there have been many times I have needed access to my account and money and have been left high and dry because I don't have the 5 pieces of security information they require. Their service at this bank is awful. I was met with criticism on how I was handling my account and the rep was not helpful with closing my account possessing an attitude throughout the whole time. Shame on you Citibank, shame on you.
