i used to think... because chase is big business... they r bad... i have really come to love chase and realize that is not true. every unjust fee i have gotten (the national or regional) refunded. this bank here helped me after my credit card got stolen. lady was really kind... also helped me calm down cuz she knew i was stressed. very thankful of chase lately... a lot.

Great Customer service! I was able to immediately open a business account, they overnighted my cards at no fee and were able to get my online banking set up an activated while I was still in the bank. Highly recommend this branch!

treated me like a scumbag for trying to get dollars for my coins, mind you I'm a long standing account holder aaand last I checked...coins are a form of American currency.

They do not value your time whatsoever
I just walked out of this branch after talking to a teller named Bunny who told me to have a seat, because apparently she couldn't print my statement for me and that someone would be with me shortly..she never told anyone about me until almost 10 mins later, and when the woman was free whom she had spoken to, she said nothing, did nothing, they still let me sit there. No one said a word to me...I walked out.
And the other so called bankers were in the back just casually talking to each other.
Very unprofessional.
